[Hospital Director]I am certain you've by now heard of the incident that occurred earlier this morning regarding the death of [child's name] at Padmore Park. I take full responsibility for the delay in his treatment. Although I was eager to return to the field and put my accident behind me, I did not anticipate how difficult it would be for me to treat a patient outside of a controlled environment. It seems my recovery has not yet progressed to where I could feel comfortable being responsible for another's life. In any case, I cannot feel comfortable wearing the badge of a mediwitch with such a display of ineptitude on my record.
Therefore I feel offering my resignation is the only path for me moving forwards.
Mrs. Dionisia Fisk
