Dear Diary,

Am I ever relieved that Mssrs Rookwood and Higgs made it back onto the team! I still don't know why beaters had to lose their positions. What if they want to play professionally? It just does not quite make sense to me. But alls well that ends well for Team Ravenclaw! I would have hated to lose them both and I feel like Rookwood would have found a way to murder me in my sleep if he did not get on the team.

We have a Quidditch game coming up and I am hoping that we do well. Our match will be against Hufflepuff. It will be odd to play without Beaters. I have come up with new game plans but it still feels so off without beaters defending our chasers.
