1849: Born into the world, Victor was greeted by a loving family.Personality:
1855: His first sign of magic appears, not too impressive, but noticeable.
1858: Father takes him hunting for the first time. He learns to appreciate the animals, and is taught to not waste what they personally don't need. What isn't used is sold, so others may use what their family has no need for. Though not in need of the money, it never does hurt to have a bit extra.
1860: Time for Hogwarts had finally arrived, and Victor is sorted into Hufflepuff.
1862-1863: Finally getting to choose electives, rather than only have classes to which he had no choice in. His choices are Earth Magic and Care of Magical Creatures. He has his sights on being a healer, and it doesn't hurt to also have classes that can aid him in his hunting as well.
1864-1865: The year of OWLs tests. Victor doesn't do bad on his tests. In fact, he's gotten fairly good grades. The whole family is thrilled.
1867: Upon leaving Hogwarts with high NEWTs, he goes on to train as a healer for the Creature-Induced Injury specialization.
1868: Completing his internship, he becomes full healer for the Creature-Induced Injuries department.
1875: Victor meets his future wife, at work of all places. While not really the most romantic place to meet someone, she catches his eye with her compassion towards others as a dear friend was being attended to in the hospital. Trying his best to keep things professional, he doubts he'll see her again.
To his surprise, they meet once more a little over a month later. A more appropriate setting this time, they are able to properly be introduced to one another. After a while, he seeks permission to court her. Once granted such permission, they get to know each other better.
1876: Near the beginning of the year they announce their engagement. Before the year is over, they are married. Completely in love, she doesn't even seem to mind too much of leaving the familiar London for the rural, Scotland home that is now where she lives.
1878: After a couple of years of trying, they finally have their first son. The baby is named Michael.
1880: Son number two is born into the world not long after, named Dominic.
1883: On the same year that his first daughter is born (much to his wife's delight), Victor is given the position of Assistant Head of his department. The daughter is named Phoebe.
October, 1884: On one of his hunts, Victor finds a child in danger of being eaten by a dragon. For the life of him, he simply can't understand how this child could have stumbled upon a dragon. Grabbing her, he apparets away with her to safety. Insisting upon taking her home, he finds a disturbing truth indeed. The child is living in a home with only a corpse and an owl as her guardians.
This will simply not do. For her safety, he takes her away. The legal process is a blur, possibly due to all of the upset she is going through. Who could blame her, after such terrible events in her life? Well, he couldn't simply leave her out there to starve or be eaten. After saving her life, he feels a responsibility to the child.
1884-1885: His wife is obviously overwhelmed by the wild that the child brings into their home. Trying their best to educate the young Angharad, she resists their attempts. It seems that the only way she is willing to make a connection is bringing her on his hunts. She runs off repeatedly, and Victor is usually the one to fetch her.
1885: Another year for both a promotion and another son. The boy is named Shane, and Victor is now Head of his department. Abigail worries as to how the young ward will act around the baby, no matter how much Victor tries to calm her nerves.
1886: Victor notices his ward's increase in interest in her learning. Trying to see it as a sign of progress, he doesn't bug her on the subject.
1888: The year that his ward is to leave for Hogwarts, she seems rather troubled by the idea. More hunting trips are planned, even if it is not with him directly due to work. One day she comes home with her braids cut off. After failing to speak with her on the matter, he does not persist as she hides in her room for the remainder of the night.
August 4, 1888: The letter from Hogwarts comes, and Victor reads it for Angharad. Despite how much he tries to reassure her that he is not attempting to get rid of her by sending her to the school, she seems to remain unconvinced. It does hurt, as he does see her as part of the family.
September 1, 1888: His ward is off to school, and he can't help but worry. For both her, and the staff that are not used to her.
Introvert: Better at listening then talking about everything in his own life, Victor has more of a quiet energy. Having good skills of concentration, that helps him with his hunts and work in the medical feild.Other:
Intuitive: He is better at seeing the big picture of what is going on in the present, rather than looking through facts of an idea first. Victor sometimes people and things for their potential, rather than the current situation that they are in. (Typically this is in a positive light.)
Feeler: Good with people, he tries to be delicate about sensitive situations. Being too blunt doesn't sit right with him. A compassionate person, he does his best to help others when he can.
Perceiver: One for keeping an open mind to whatever may happen, he appears to be casual. While this is sometimes the case, he does have his serious side.
Amortentia: The forest in the spring, his wife's scent, his mother's cooking.
Patronus: A wild dog
Boggart: Sometimes it is a dead loved one, sometimes it's a bear eating 'Victor'
Star Sign: Capricorn
Hobbies: Hunting and selling the pelts and furs on the side as not to simply toss them (what a waste that would be), and potions.
