I have a lot of ideas for Daily Prophet articles but as they are, they're destined to become useless filler articles that no one cares about because NPCs are not relevant and make fun ideas dull. My solution is to essentially have a casting call here in advance of the article being posted. To avoid spoilers, the details posted here will be minimal. If there is a potential for lasting consequences I will state as much and contact the volunteering member with further information. I recommend not offering a character up if you have ongoing threads that take place after the article.
It doesn't matter if only some of the roles are cast, one is better than none and still good plot fodder for that one character. That said, more will always be better for plotting purposes. Generally things will be cast on a first come, first serve basis unless someone already has a character involved.
