Lestranges, Pendergasts announce upcoming nuptials
Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Abercrombie of Southampton are pleased to announce the engagement of their sister and ward, Miss Ellory Pendergast to Mr. Claudius Lestrange of Wellingtonshire. The pair plan to solidify their union early in June.
It has long been speculated who Mr. Lestrange, 31 and the presumptive heir to Mr. Lucius Lestrange, would make his bride and while Miss Pendergast, his cousin, was not a front-runner, neither does she come as much of a surprise.
This will not be the only Pendergast/Lestrange union in the coming Season—the long-betrothed Mr. William Pendergast (elder brother to Miss Pendergast) and Miss Cornelia Lestrange (younger sister to Mr. Lestrange) will also to the knot in June, sources report.
