As noted today, lives have been thrown into various forms of chaos due to a man in Florida stealing a Time Turner. Due to this "Butterfly Effect", a peculiar thing has happened to the Aviary at Podmore Zoological Gardens...

The Aviary at the Zoo is currently in the form of a large enclosure whose netted ceiling is bewitched to look like the overhead sky. Unfortunately for Amelia here, the closure used to be an open-air closure and that is what it seems to have defaulted as which means no magical cieling, which means all the birds have escaped.
