Mr. Wood,

We at Quality Quaffle and Snitch sincerely hope you and your teammates are enjoying your order of weather-resistant robes and dragonhide gloves, placed March 17th and filled by the company March 28th. Please see the enclosed invoice for the remaining balance due for goods exchanged and services rendered. Our policy is that customer accounts must balance at the end of each quarter, which allows one month from today for the balance to be paid in full; otherwise the debt will be forwarded to a collector, cost to be paid by the customer.

Please be advised that the use of leprechaun gold in business transactions has been illegal in England since 1502.
Sinc.,

Mr. Wood,

I have been advised by the secretarial and bookkeeping staff of Quality Quaffle and Snitch that you have made no payment regarding your debt accrued this previous March, nor have they received any missive regarding your intentions to do so within the required timeline. Be advised that if we have not received word from you by the 20th of this month, your account will be forwarded to a debt collector at your own expense.
Sinc.,
T. Pettigrew
