Did You Know?
Braces, or suspenders, were almost universally worn due to the high cut of men's trousers. Belts did not become common until the 1920s. — MJ
Had it really come to this? Passing Charles Macmillan back and forth like an upright booby prize?

Angharad,
I hope school has treated you well. Are you making friends? How is your owl doing? I do hope you listen more to your teachers than you had with your tutors. Learning magic is very important, and can help you for your whole life. Please write to me soon.

From,
Chail

Angharad,
Please do practice your writing, Angharad. Such skills will certainly help you in life. Perhaps I shall send you a journal. At least you shall not have a tutor to nag you on the subject.

They do not allow for you to enter the woods because the woods around Hogwarts are home to vampires, beings that hunt humans. While you do like hunting, I'm sure you would not like to become the prey.

How are your roommates the same person? They must be twins, which means that they were born at the same time, look alike, but are different people. Take care to be nice to them on the topic, or at all for that matter.

Chail

Angharad,
My apologies for the late response. Work has been quite busy, and Phoebe and Shane had fallen ill recently. Luckily they are healing, but there had been a scare for their well being.

I will not argue with you as to what twins are. Perhaps when you are a mother, you will understand the concept more easily.

Do not attempt to go near a vampire to test your theory. A vampire can run slightly faster than a grown man, and you are far smaller and slower than a grown man. I won't be there to save you, like that time you angered that dragon. Have some common sense Angharad.

Listen to your teachers, and practice your writing more. While I can read what you write, I'm sure I am one of few who can. Practicing your writing will certainly aid in your grades, which would let you gain an impressive career when you are an adult.

Angharad,
I'm certain that your tutor had taught you what a career was. Another hint that you have not paid attention to such things. A career is a job that you work at for years. If you work hard in school, you will have a better chance at joining a career that you enjoy. Which is really good. Like how I heal people. I really like that, and I had to work hard at school for my job.

It may feel as though there are too many lessons, but you will have more choices in your classes when you are older. As for the house elf, speak with a professor on the matter. House elves are supposed to behave more respectful towards humans.

Angharad,
It is more likely than not that the professors will be on your side, rather than that of a house elf. Having a professional career will be better for you, rather than hiding in a cabin and hunting all of your life.

Potions is a marvelous field to study. Perhaps you can be a healer, like me. Yet another thing that we could have in common and discuss, rather than only talking about hunting.

Angharad,
I never doubted your skills in trapping. The problem is that you cannot simply live on your own and hunt, and have no social interaction. It is not good for you. People need connections, even you. Jobs help to build connections and lifelong relationships. Helping others and contributing to society will help you to grow as a person.

Perhaps you should request some assistance from your classmates. I’m sure that some of them would be happy to help a fellow student. As well as practicing your writing, practicing your reading would not hurt. This isn’t something that you can ignore because it is difficult. Your class work requires patience, time, and dedication.

Angharad,
Learning to read would certainly help you for situations like this. Writing letters is quite common, especially for adults. Even women.

On another matter, would you like to come back home during the holidays? I'm sure I can find some time for us to go hunting. Though staying for the holidays may give you more of a chance to make more friends. While you're wishes will not be the deciding factor, it will certainly be taken into consideration.

Angharad,
Practice will certainly help. Most of your peers listen to their tutors before starting Hogwarts. I'm glad to know that you wish to see us. I will speak with Adelina on the matter.
