After a magical attempt on her life in 1877, Queen Victoria launched a crusade against magic that, while tidied up by the Ministry of Magic, saw the Wizarding community exiled to Hogsmeade, previously little more than a crossroad near the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.
Thethe year is now 1895. It’s time to join us and immerse yourself in scandal and drama interlaced with magic both light and dark.

Heylo, my name is Kit and these are the characters I would like to prioritize hurling for. I am very invested in marrying them off and will potentially consider making endgame plans! I am also good with backdating/saying things have happened for some of these characters so long as it makes sense and works with whats been established in my past posts. <3
Minty turns 27, the Charming Official spinster age, in October and she is not Pleased about that. She is not looking to marry for love and would settle for a marriage that is of convenience. She has a middling reputation which is the fault of her estranged twin, not her own. Willing to assume past flirtation and house calls have happened.
Darling is still quite young and is honestly still just having a good time swanning about with her friends. However, her brother is keen to marry her off so I thought I would help his goal out by tossing her on here. She is a sweet, darling girl as her name suggests and a full on, impractical romantic. Lycoris turns 27 next year and she is Determined to not be unattached by the time she hits the spinster age. She is a whimsical romantic but would convince herself to be content with a marriage that is based on fond friendship. She is the Minister of Magics youngest sibling though does not personally have a head for politics. Willing to assume past flirtations and some calls have happened.
Hurls should be UCAB, 27+.

Zipporah is here mostly because she will be 27 soon. She cares little about the notion of being wed and is content to tinker with her inventions and muggle stuff. She is a woman very much with her head in the clouds and is out of step with the world around her. She is a creature of whimsy and quite sociable. It is likely that she would not marry for less than love. Willing to assume attempts at flirtation have occurred in the past.
Josiah is a Muggle residing in Irvingly that has always been fascinated with magic. He is a kind, gentle soul and I have been wanting him to get married for aaaages. Willing to assume past flirtations that went over his head entirely and he now assumes you are just very friendly with him. We could then go from there~ hehe.
Hurls should be WCAB, 18+. I am also open to any class but it would be met with a little more resistance from Josiah.

Tiger is a widower with five children though two are already graduated from Hogwarts. He was deeply in love with his first wife but would not mind being married again. He comes from a family known being rowdy and is no angel himself but is a kind, loving man. He would prefer to marry for love but feels his children could use a stepmother so might potentially consider otherwise. I am open to assuming an already existing acquaintanceship and potential past flirtations that are developing into something More.
Hurls should be ACAB, 25+ preferred but I am willing to go younger if the chemistry is there but it might be a little more slow burn in that instance.
Percy is a fun-loving, sociable widower that lost both his wife and child in 1889. He did not marry for love but he was at least fond of her. He is on the lookout for a second wife and is not really looking to marry for love but would like to have a fondness for her as he did with his first wife. I am open to assuming an already existing acquaintanceship and potential past flirtations.
Hurls should be 18+, UCPB/UCHB with a bias towards pureblood and absolutely must be fully human as should the rest of her family be.

Richard is a hard-working man that has been unlucky in love with one past love flaking on him and another getting herself hit by a carriage and dying and one more that was inappropriate due to a vast class difference so never fully went anywhere. He is a deeply romantic soul so would likely marry for love or at the least deep fondness that has the potential to become a deeper love.
I would be open to retconning a romance so long as it isn't too far back. 18+, ACAB is the range I am open to for Richard.

According to her app, this also means Richard had to deal with her more bitchy, mean chaperones and Aunt Jade during their first few weeks or so of courting lmao. But I figure both his position of Hospital Director and being his family heir probably had them/her tightening their lips a bit? xD

Our current thread with her and Harrison Knight is winding up, but that is set in December so wanted to see if you were happy with them having a couple more similar callings in the intervening time just getting to know each other in that stifled way that the upper classes seem to love and then fast forward to now for something a little more developed with possible leaning towards letters to her mother?
