March 1st, 1888 - Slytherin Table/Great Hall
It had been too long since Acacia had spent some quality time with Chrysanta. With trying to get adjusted to school, and working as hard as she could on her class work. To be fair, she hadn't been trying too hard to reach out. Mainly out of fear of new rejection, after all of the negativity. The idea of those like Maddie or Mr. Quirrell looking at her differently did scare her. Rejection did scare her. And right now, she could not handle that fear well enough.
Having made a painting of Hogwarts once more, just like several other times, she had decided to give it as a gift to her sister, in hopes of showing her younger sister that she was still there for her. Acacia would always worry about her sisters, that was a given, but Chrysanta always gave her the most to worry about. It wasn't the Slytherin's fault, at least not entirely.
Going over to the Slytherin table, Acacia waited patiently for Chrysanta to finish speaking to... Miss Whitledge, before tapping her lightly on the shoulder, giving a soft smile to her little sister. Though the age difference wasn't much, it was still there. "I have a present for you." She said softly. As always, Acacia tried to be nurturing, the way their mother never had.
