The unexpected squeeze had her laughing out loud as she tried to scoot away without breaking the eggs she now had in the pan. Eva kicked one foot out toward him gently in retaliation as he moved to do the toast, but missed completely. Shaking her head at the pair of them, she realized this was crazy, but somehow worked. He was so damn good at this and she felt like such a novice, but hopefully she'd catch up. Eva wasn't sure she'd ever be quite as much of a romantic as he was, but she would try.
Sliding her eggs onto another plate, she gave his another moment to firm up before setting them aside too. She wiped her hands on a nearby towel before turning around and sidling up to him, pressing her body against his and her lips to his shoulder as she settled her hands teasingly on his hips. "Well," She elongated it as if she were thinking. "I don't have any pressing matters to attend to at work, so I could owl Amelia and ask her to take care of it today..." Mrs. Sweeney was going to kill her. Then again, Mrs. Sweeney didn't need to know she didn't got to work today either. The house keeper would have to know she didn't come home last night though. Oh was she going to be in for an earful when she did go home. Merlin she hoped Mrs. Sweeney didn't say anything offhand when her father was around... No, no reason to let that ruin her fun, not today.
"What about you, do you have to work today?" Eva hadn't even bothered to consider it, but supposed he did work different hours from her most of the time.
