Zipporah is here mostly because she will be 27 soon. She cares little about the notion of being wed and is content to tinker with her inventions and muggle stuff. She is a woman very much with her head in the clouds and is out of step with the world around her. She is a creature of whimsy and quite sociable. It is likely that she would not marry for less than love. Willing to assume attempts at flirtation have occurred in the past.
Josiah is a Muggle residing in Irvingly that has always been fascinated with magic. He is a kind, gentle soul and I have been wanting him to get married for aaaages. Willing to assume past flirtations that went over his head entirely and he now assumes you are just very friendly with him. We could then go from there~ hehe.

Tiger is a widower with five children though two are already graduated from Hogwarts. He was deeply in love with his first wife but would not mind being married again. He comes from a family known being rowdy and is no angel himself but is a kind, loving man. Hurls should be ACAB, 25+ preferred but I am willing to go younger if the chemistry is there but it might be a little more slow burn in that instance.

Richard is a hard-working man that has been unlucky in love with one past love flaking on him and another getting herself hit by a carriage and dying and one more that was inappropriate due to a vast class difference so never fully went anywhere. He is a deeply romantic soul so would likely marry for love or at the least deep fondness that has the potential to become a deeper love.
I would be open to retconning a romance so long as it isn't too far back. 18+, ACAB is the range I am open to for Richard.
