Calling the power hungry pureblood eldest sons of Hogwarts - morally grey preferred!
Cad has got his hands on a book of magic that claims* to have long winded spells and dubiously moral rituals one of which claims to imbue eldest sons with stronger magic amoung other things.
He would likely share this with first borns (or those who would do what it takes to be the eldest sons) - probably upperclass - almost certainly purebloods - outcome and how far down the rabbit hole they go would depend on who is interested. Probably from 4th year up
Also possibly open to an exceptional morally grey girl or two who thinks she can make it work for her, wants something from one of the boys, or is just interested from an academic standpoint.
It will be dressed up as a 'future members of Blacks' type thing -a social and networking group
