To Whom it May Concern

I write in support of the case and character of Miss Acacia Q. Ruskin. I have known Miss Ruskin since our school years and I have never known anything by kindness and sweetness from her. I believe she embodies all the best attributes of a young English lady and would have no reservations in any assessment that would be made of her character.

I believe she would be a fine ambassador for the magical community in the muggle world.

Additionally, I do not believe there could be any rational reason to prevent Miss Ruskin's marriage if she and her fiance wish it. She has been an upstanding member of the magical community her entire life- to deny her the rights of other members of the magical community would be deeply unfair.

With Respect,
Miss Madeleine Backus
