Seeking a best friend/ confidant for a new character. They would have been friends from Hogwarts and close enough that said friend would invite her for an extended stay during the "off-season"

Must:

— live in Hogsmeade at the moment (can have other residences if they're staying here now);
— be M/UC;
— be female;
— age 18 - 22;
— not excessively purist;

Preferably:

— UC;
— b. Sep 1870- Aug1871 so they were in the same school year;
— Hufflepuff;
— the sort to make the first move establishing a friendship

Also open to NPC friends with played siblings, if anyone has one of those on offer :]

My closest option is @"Helga Scamander", who is in desperate need for new things. She was born in May '69 but was a Hufflepuff, is (upper) MC, lives in Hogsmeade, is definitely the sort to make the first move, and is not excessively purist. :P

Ellory! She's on the oldest side but she's super friendly and could fit.

Alternatively I have Cecily Gallivan who fits the age range, though she is upper middle class and a former Ravenclaw. She's definitely not purist and is the sort to invite a friend and initiate a friendship.

  

Cornelia here would fit all of the requirements and some of the maybes but was born about six months before that range and a Slytherin.

Octavia Fawley would probably be more aligned with the personality/house you are looking for but does not live in Hogsmeade if you might be willing to budge on that as she lives in London.

  

Helga being in the same house and slightly older works well for #confidant so I think I'll go with her for this specific thing!

I do think she would click really well with Octavia Fawley and I def want them to be friends! The Hogsmeade part is just super critical as far as who she's staying with xD

I would also love Cecily Gallivan as a friend but idk if my girl would be too weird for her since Cecily's cool and popular xD let me make her and you can tell me what you think. (EDIT: here is her app but lmk if you want the tl:dr version)

That sounds great then! Henrietta and Tavie would have been roommates throughout Hogwarts so plenty of chances to get to know each other! And Tavie is very much someone who would just charge right in and go "okay we are friends now".

I can see Cecily being friendly to her because she's the "be super talkative to everyone" kind of popular kid! She'd be the obnoxious but well meaning extroverted friend. xD She can still be the friend who's like "omg hi, let's introduce you to Fitzroy Prewett!!!1!" and drags her around?

Also Cee had an emo phase around 6th to 7th year so they could have bonded during that?
