He has an unmatched skill in manipulating people to perceive him the way he wants them to. He is also great at reading people. And murdering them but that is something no one would actually know unless he wants them to. He was taken in by the Eventides when he was just a young Hogwarts student when he befriended a fellow student Eventide. They funded him all seven years so he has a full Hogwarts education. He does drag performances at the Velvet Veil for the fun of it though has not outright revealed his identity outside of drag. He is also generally a member of VV! Can often be found in: the Velvet Veil, the Tea Parlor, I can probably find a reason for him to be most places tbh
