September 6th, 1895 — Hogsmeade Hospital

One minute, Sylvano was fleeing from a grasping mist with a stray child in his arms. The next, the boy's father was lost to the mist, and Sylvano was holding him in the waiting room of the oh-so-familiar Hogsmeade Hospital. He took a couple of heaving breaths before grounding himself enough to look around. Met the eyes of a handful of dazed patients waiting for care, and a pair of startled nurses. For a moment Sylvano was, uncharacteristically, silent. His plan ended here. Getting the child to safety had been the goal, and then--

And then...

"Something terrible has happened in-- what is it called, Irvingly?" he started, breathless, his accent double thick with stress. "The boy is... I think uninjured, but frightened. Could someone--?"

Titania had been reviewing charts when it happened. A few people became an influx, then became a steady stream. She had no patients currently and was happy to assist, even as the lack of reliable information was driving her mad. Something was wrong, and she didn't have an answer. Anya hated not having an answer. Returning to triage the next patient, Titania caught sight of the man and child and caught word of Irvingly.

Professional calm and maternal drive firmly guiding her, Titana approached, eyes already looking for clues. Turning a soft smile to the child first, Titana greeted, "Hello, My name is Miss Allaway and I'm a healer. I'm here to help." She kept her focus on the boy, but asked the man holding him, "Sir, I need to know what happened. Can you tell me what you saw?" She kept her voice friendly, her Scots warming her tone as she focused on maintining calm.
