Minister,

It was everything I hoped it would be. I am heartened you have taken a stance and I can only apologies for my methods.

During the next full moon perhaps the Wizengamot would care to take itself down to the Ministry cells and see the faces of those they consider criminals? There are children down there, Minister, and nothing they do to me could be worse than the life they have in front of them unless the Ministry - your Ministry - does something about it.
