Hellooo!

Hauke here is going to be Professor of Magical Theory at Hogwarts-- a class taught only to the first years, which I imagine means he has significantly fewer actual class periods than the Professors teaching across multiple years of students? I wondered how that would work? Is he sort of only a part-time professor? Would he be taking on a second class? Would he be doing... something else during his free time?

  

Just teaching Magical Theory to the first years and general supervision as scheduled! Way to get a super chill job, Hauke ;)

I will say that Abraxas Crabbe recently mentioned to his cousin that MT should be offered again to NEWT-level students (the super nerds >.>). Hauke might notice that opportunity as well and spend the year campaigining for it :P

All the real teachers on the board trying to work out how to wrangle a real world job like that!

He should have a chat with Thaddeus about what an advanced class might include to prepare students for the university level studies the Institute offers, they might be able to organise a pathway through to advanced MT study at the institute for those with the academic nerdy inclination
