I've been considering playing a child since I became a preschool teacher, but now the desire is getting in the way of actually posting so I've given into that urge. I mentioned it in the cbox and a few names were thrown around, but I'm not quite sure which ones were actually options and which were just mentions of unplayed children who aged while we weren't paying attention :P

I don't have any specific needs other than a single played parent/guardian that the child could realistically post with once in a while. I also prefer the age be 5-10 (#youngin' stamp her I coooome), but even that's flexible if there's a plot I could center their daily interactions around for a while. Anyone have anything?

@"Naomi Hertz" has two small spawn that are a playable age (or at least the son is, depending on your age preference of how young a child can be to be a functional character).

Jameson Potter is presently the Potter Patriarch and will be seven this year! Played Aunt/Guardian and Step-Uncle, as well as aunts kicking about.

Hestia has a band of #Lost Boys that report to her - I'm still typing up the adoptable, but there's quite a few of them that I have descriptions for! They'd be LCAB, Street Urchins .

OKAY. I have conferenced with MJ and bring you a proposal:

MCHB child of any age/gender you like, name totally open. S/he would be the offspring of Evalina 'Lloyd' nee Darrow and 'Mr. Lloyd.' Evalina died in 1883. Dad dies this year. Child is then taken by a solicitor to see her two uncles, one of whom (J. Alfred Darrow) s/he's literally never met and until recently thought was dead. Evander Darrow would end up becoming her guardian because, let's be honest, it couldn't possibly be Alfred. :P Evander understands nothing of children so shenanigans abound.

Also, Hamish Darrow as great uncle, which is cool for when s/he starts school.

(We discussed some possible reasons why Dad's family may not be able to take her in... maybe nonmagical, maybe all died in adventurous accidents already — but really that would be up to you).

Margaret Goyle has three youngins ranging from 4-11. MCPB with a rep of 9. Oliver - 11, Adelaide - 7, Sebastian -4. Adelaide is a ward of Maggie's and was orphaned at 1. Maggie's husband just died during the ministry catastrophe.
