July 26th, 1895 - Hogsmeade Hospital
With all of this uproar about werewolves, Tabi rather felt like she too was being scrutinized and so therefore she was trying to lay low too. No real social events, no long walks to work, just back and forth quickly, fortunately often with Mr. Wye in tow. It was a strange sort of routine they had, but Tabi honestly didn't mind. It was amusing, if nothing else, letting him prattle on about whatever it was he was interested in at the moment. Plus, nobody really bothered her when she had a transparent chaperon.
Today had been equally uneventful and Tabi rather thought that they were due for something to happen. Her ward was typically a trickle of people here and there, rarely anything truly emergent (which was good), but it had been a few shifts without anything big. In the meantime she'd been prepping and stocking potions not only in her ward, but in others as well. Currently she was in Artifacts, trying to rearrange a little and put in the things that she'd brought. She was humming quietly to herself, the cart she'd brought up just outside the storeroom while she tried to keep track of the things she was doing. Normally she wasn't so scatterbrained, but the state of things lately had her a little frazzled.
Which was why when the door closed behind her, it took her a solid five minutes to realize. It wasn't until she turned around to get her wand and her notebook that she realized it was shut. And apparently locked. She tried the handle a few times, pushing hard, maybe just assuming it was hard to open, or maybe jammed, but it didn't budge. Without her wand (also on the cart, rookie mistake) she wasn't sure what to do.
Somebody had to come by soon, right? Tabs gave it ten more minutes, before she started to pound on the door itself. The cart had to be a giveaway and surely somebody would need something from in here. "Is anyone out there! I seem to have gotten locked in!" Tabi called, unsure if there was even anyone around to hear her.
