Ineffectual Head Hunter Resigns in Disgrace
Amidst Skeeter Scandal, Head of Werewolf Capture Unit Leaves Ministry
The werewolf capture unit is looking for a new leader.
Yesterday, the head of the Ministry of Magic's Werewolf Capture Unit, Mr. Thadwick Harker, submitted his resignation amidst calls for his dismissal and questions as to his loyalties. Mr. Harker had held the position since 1887 and, quite notably, did not realize at all during this time that his superiror herself was a werewolf.
The Ministry said in a release that an interim head will be appointed "soon", though it us unclear whether or not they will wait until after August's full moon.
"Good riddance," said a Prophet employee who wished to remain anonymous. "He's utterly failed at his job, hasn't he? Hopefully the next one isn't just as blind."
