"Even if they are human, they might still run off in panic," Amity couldn't help but point out logically. If it was a child or even just someone traumatized, they might still just run off. She couldn't imagine how it would feel to spend weeks as an animal. "So might be best to try and catch the zebra even if it tries running off. They aren't native to this region so will need to be handed over to people who can properly care for it anyway."
