Biting her lip she nodded, it had been her grandmothers, although it now belongs to her aunt she was the one who wore it on an almost daily basis, it was a gold chain from which hung the fob, a small mirror which was miraculously unharmed in the fall, and a ruby fob which was....missing! She fought the urge to swear as she was in civilised company and the gentleman was still looking at her.

'the fob!' she exclaimed, looking around her for the item on the floor there was no way it could have gone far.
