An introverted nerd with a very liberal politics, August is very prone to awkwardness and also very prone to pining. He's an heir to a significant fortune and probably a great catch if you ignore 1) the cane, 2) the politics, 3) the loosely-hidden bastard. He runs a law practice and is a defense attorney who dabbles in contract law. He's very accident-prone and generally kind, but lonely.
