Too late Jin realized that he hadn’t spoke in English but it didn’t seem to matter as a pretty redhead fell into his arms. He looked at her and she looked at him. From what he could tell, he hadn’t met this one yet but it would be the name that decided it. Clearing his throat and taking a gentle step back once he was sure she was alright, Jin inclined his head in polite greeting.
“Please,” he said in English this time. “Don’t apologize. It was my fault.” He’d been looking around with his head anywhere but forward, searching for the one he didn’t want to find. Jin gave the girl a small smile. She looked young. Would it be considered too forward if he introduced himself? He went ahead and did it anyway. He was here to meet people and place stations, wasn’t he?
“I don’t believe we’ve met,” Jin continued, lacing one hand behind his back. “My name is Seojin Jeong.” He gave her a quick bow, nothing like the sweeping devastation from home, but polite enough for English society.
