What: The Annual Hogwarts Coming Out Ball
Who: Hosted by Hogwarts. All students in years 5-7 are welcome. All adults who completed 5+ years of Hogwarts/their spouses/parents of seventh year girls of middling/good rep are invited.
Cost: —
Where: Hogwarts' Great Hall
Why: #It's Tradition
When: Wednesday 28th May

The party formally begins with the procession of debutantes, led by the Head Girl and female prefects, then all the other seventh year girls in alphabetical order. Dancing and refreshments will be available throughout the evening.

At midnight, dressed in their finery, the 7th years will leave Hogwarts the same way they arrived, taking the rowboats back across the Black Lake.
