Did You Know?
One of the cheapest homeless shelters in Victorian London charged four pennies to sleep in a coffin. Which was... still better than sleeping upright against a rope? — Jordan / Lynn
If he was being completely honest, the situation didn't look good, but Sylvano was not in the habit of being completely honest about anything. No reason to start now.

Fly Me To The Moon

October 4th/October 5th, 1895 — The Chamberlin Home; Wellingtonshire

Beaumont couldn't sleep. It wasn't that he had a problem; he just couldn't shut his eyes for some reason. Sitting on the front stoop on a cool October night, he couldn't help but look at the moon. Sighing softly, he couldn't help but look back at the wonderful memories he had with his wife. This would put a smile on his face, thinking about them all. It wasn't until something caught him off guard.

Being a ghost, Sybil obviously did not actually sleep. She tended to spend her nights visiting or idly floating. Sometimes, she'd just turn invisible and spy on people she had known while she was living. Or she would just disassociate and come back into consciousness at random moments. She turned herself visible as she found herself near a man. "Did I startle you, sir?" She asked wondering what he was doing on his stoop so late. A bit unusual.

Beaumont would slightly jump at the voice that spoke to him. That was what he probably deserved. After all, he seemed to have been focused on his quiet time for a bit. Soon after, he would relax; his heartbeat would go back to normal. "You're fine," Beaumont shared, giving the stranger a little reassuring smile.
