In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.
Thethe year is now 1895. It’s time to join us and immerse yourself in scandal and drama interlaced with magic both light and dark.

I have just returned from Hogsmeade, where I purchased the latest edition of Sansom's Encyclopedia of Potions—the only one Whizzhard Books had in stock, which I think shows a willful ignorance amongst society. Just because Burke is more popular, after all, does not mean his work is better. Indeed, I have yet to find any potions scholar more comprehensive than Sansom, particularly where more obscure (or, indeed, dangerous) potions are concerned, but of course, on this matter I am preaching to the choir.
While I will, of course, be bringing it to Hogwarts, you must visit before our return to school. We need time to pore over its pages and determine where we will begin, so that we might acquire any necessary supplies before being sequestered at the castle.
