Ernest Mulciber, father (1847)Appearance: Flora is a pretty enough girl who is made even prettier by the fashionable, expensive dresses her Mama puts her in. She's one of few children to boast a Lytton gown in her closet, though it is a miniature of one of Mama's dresses and she only wears it on special occasions. She has doll-like features; a round, rosy face, brown doe-like eyes and pink full lips. Wavy chocolate-y hair frames that little face. Flora currently stands on four feet and eleven inches and her figure is lanky, resulting in her looking like a girl a year or two older. She holds herself with exceptional confidence and grace for a girl her age. She's been told how pretty she is so often that Flora truly believes it and besides, she mimicks Mama in her every movement! Only her voice is a bit unfortunate - it's high and bell-like and it can grate on your nerves when Flora is exceptionally upset. She's right-handed.

History:
After the dual miscarriage of her brothers two years ago, Flora's arrival at the family was a happy one. She may have been a girl, but she was a healthy babe who didn't seem in danger of dying anytime soon. Flora confirmed those predictions - she was a robust and healthy girl for all of her childhood.
Flora was close to her Mama and interacted with her more than your average upper class child. She was so well-behaved, that she was sometimes allowed to attend her Mama's tea parties with Mama's friends. (Mostly so Mama could show off her doll of a daughter.) Flora also received the regular education for a girl of her station. As a magical child, her education included learning about magical lore.
Speaking of magic, Flora first displayed magic during a family holiday to the New World in 1881. She made flowers bloom out of a carpet.
1884 isn't a good year, because there is a plague and many of Flora's relatives get sick. Auntie Gladys and her husband even die! It is Flora's first proper experience with death and she doesn't understand it very well. Why can't Auntie and Uncle just return as ghosts? Apparently, they can't, and Flora is devastated, mostly because her own brother catches the sickness and she's afraid he'll die and not return as a ghost either. Flora herself doesn't get sick.
Four years later, Flora is impatiently counting down the days till she can go to Hogwarts!
Personality: Due to her upbringing, Flora has become a spoiled young girl. She's never known true struggle, so she can't handle it whenever it comes up in her life. She's prone to complain and over-dramatize situations. Add to that her high-pitched voice and she can become very annoying indeed whenever she's upset!
That being said, Flora is truly a nice and well-meaning girl and if you manage to be patient with her bratty antics, you'll see that she's like that because he wasn't taught otherwise. She has a naive outlook on the world and tends to see the best in people. She's also fairly charitable because Mama gets involved in many charities. It would be easy to take advantage of Flora's kindness because she's not been accustomed to the unfairness of the world.
Even though Flora has a brattiness she can't help, she's actually a very well-behaved girl. She's not the sort to throw grand tantrums and be mean to other children - her brattiness is displayed in subtler ways, like when she's inconvenienced or when she'll assume that everyone has it as easy as her in life. For example, when she learned that a maid had her birthday that day, she asked her what her Papa was getting her, assuming that everyone's Papa has the funds to buy nice birthday presents.
