Charley is seeking other street dwellers, urchins, layabouts, and idle children (of mischief/adolescent ages) to join in an evening of revel and merrymaking on the night of the Howler's March.
She will be joining the march, not as an ally, but as an excuse to have fun under the cover of a mask, including (but not limited to) setting off miniature fireworks, making howling noises at lit-up shops or nearby residences, and general chaotic fun that (should be) harmlessly disruptive. At least until someone has a burning desire for going too far, who knows where things will lead?
I am most interested in a group thread of no more than 4 people. Age peers are strongly encouraged, especially those Charley already knows, but unfamiliar connections are more than welcome!

Writer Notes: Charley is a street urchin in both appearance and behavior, unless written otherwise here.
Interactions may reflect Victorian-era morals rather than modern sensibilities; this is allowed and acceptable to this writer.
