The Main Breeding Pairs
While Kenrick is a large man standing at five foot ten, his body is of pure muscle. His fashionable, and rather expensive clothing, is always tailored to fit him perfectly even if it does require some assistance when getting into his jackets. When he isn't fully clothed, the hard work is more than evident as his muscles are rather well defined and chiseled His hair is typically kept in a longer style. Thick, dark brown locks are usually left loose though when the time calls for it he will pull it back into a simply tail at the nape of his neck. His face is very rarely seen clean shaven, and probably hasn't been seen that way since he was able to grow a full beard. While some may not like the bearded look, Kenrick doesn't seemed phased by it. His beard is always kept well groomed and trimmed, however, and is never allowed to get out of control. The beard follows his strong jawline but the scruff hides the rather chiseled and defined features of his jaw, simply only allowing for the strong, squared line of his jaw to be noticed. His eyes are a simple brown coloring in hue but always seem to be watching. There's typically always a keen interest shown in his eyes and he seems to have a habit of inspecting everything with deep scrutiny. It can come off as rather unnerving to some, as his gaze can be rather unwavering and focused at times. He is ambidextrous and has a keen eye for design even if he doesn’t have much of a creative mind himself.
Pre-birth: Raymond and Kendall’s marriage was one planned by their parents. Friends of sorts, they had two different companies in the line of jewelry. The Wolframs a family of watchmakers and the Harts a family of jewelers. The two grew up together to an extent so were on friendly terms. Over the years, a distinct fondness bloomed between the two and could easily be considered love as time went on. The worked side by side to build their family’s companies into one successful company and set the precedence for a close knit family early on.
Not even a year into their marriage, Raymond and Kendall welcome their first child. A quiet and attentive boy, Kenrick.
Keaton is born. Kenrick is quite fascinated by the new addition to the family even though he’s only two.
Kiefer is born. Now at four years old, Kenrick understands a little more of what the new addition is and he tries to help wherever he can.
At nine years old, the addition of not just one but two babies is rather interesting to Kenrick. Though already having proven himself to be rather intelligent he had yet to show his first sign of magic. That is, until his twin sisters Rebecca and Rachel are born. Though understanding the concept of twins, he is not a fan of not really being able to tell the two apart. As such, he causes Rachel’s hair to turn a brilliant shade of pink. He is quite happy with himself and the fact they can now tell the twins apart. Kendall is less enthused and Raymond is forced to hide his laughter over the matter.
Kenrick receives his letter to Hogwarts. Though knowing it is expected of him to attend, he is not too keen on leaving his family behind to go to school. He is promptly sorted into Ravenclaw and soon becomes quite well known for being the smart and quiet kid. He prefers solitude much more than anything else and finds himself making few friends. Rosemary is born.
 Ruth is born.
Kenrick starts his third year and adds COMC, Arithmancy, and Ancient Runes. Keaton joins Kenrick at Hogwarts.
Kiefer joins his brothers at Hogwarts.
Kenrick sits his owls and scores perfect Os all across the board. At the start of his sixth year, he drops Astronomy, DADA, Herbology, and History of Magic.
Kenrick graduates with top marks all across the board once more. He doesn’t attend the CoB and instead goes straight to the family estate to begin working with his father and going over the books of the company.
The twins go off to Hogwarts and Keaton graduates.
While accompanying his father on a trip to London, he notices some dachshunds for sale. He purchases one, a long haired sable colored female. He names her Ruby.
Rosemary goes to Hogwarts and Kiefer graduates.
 Ruth goes to Hogwarts.
While travelling to find other jewel merchants to further their designs, Kenrick comes across another dachshund, this one a male and full grown. He names the merle short haired dachshund Beryl. It isn’t long after having returned that Ruby turns up pregnant. A little more than two months later, Ruby delivers her pups and Kenrick grows rather fascinated with the variety of pups present. Three of the five have their mother’s same long hair while the other two have short hair like their father. Two of the long haired pups have their father’s merle coloring, the remaining long haired pup and one of the short haired have their mother’s sable coloring and the remaining short haired pup is merle colored but a red variation. This first litter is what begins Kenrick’s interest in the genetics involved. He begins researching genetics and starts hunting for other dachshunds to add to his forming breeding program.
Kenrick brings in a new breeding pair. Emerald, a cream colored long haired female, and Onyx, a black and tan colored short haired male. The two produce a mighty litter just in time for the twins’ debut. He offers each girl their pick of the litter if they should want one as a graduation/debut gift. Raymond decides to buy a second home in Wellingtonshire so the girls can enjoy a season in Hogsmeade.
Another pair is introduced to Kenrick’s growing kennels. Sapphire, a blue merle short haired female, and Copper, a red long haired male. They have a small litter of rather boring results though in time for him to be able to offer a puppy to Rosemary.
Mixing up the pairs, Kenrick breeds Ruby with Onyx and offers a puppy to Ruth upon her graduation.
With Raymond having grown rather arthritic, he begins travelling more for fun with his wife feeling the business is in rather good hands. Kenrick has a good grasp on the books and keeping things in line with numbers, Keaton has a good grasp on the creative aspects of design and is rather talenting in constructing pieces while Kiefer has proven to be rather personable and sociable and keeps advertising moving rather smoothly. Kendall knows her daughters will find their matches in their own time and trusts her sons to provide and protect the girls in their absence. Kenrick has become rather known as something of an odd and aloof recluse with his breeding projects but is still seen about at times escorting his sisters to events if the other brothers cannot attend.
Stern. Polite. Withdrawn. Intelligent. Quiet. Aloof. Number Savvy.
