Chiming in just in case this would mean a graphic edit to the SVG; that should be easily fixable if I can get ahold of the file from Olive Ursula Black)
Honestly not crazy about doing this, I'd rather tweak the background color on that skin so there's slightly more contrast. I don't intend to make dark skins with backgrounds any lighter than that. If St. Mungo's is lightened it'll end up being London color or very close too it and then picking out a new color that doesn't work horrendously on other skins or look too similar to an existing one... We have so many usergroup colors and that's a useful and good thing but there probably will always have to be some skins where the color contrast - possibly depending on your screen settings too - isn't as amazing as it could be. I could look into finding an alternative like a drop shadow effect or outline or something to guarantee contrast.
