We’ve budgeted a four week transition period before we throw open our doors to the masses. Those of you with many characters, particularly complex characters, or who are not immediately on the ball may have issues transferring everyone before public opening on March 29th—we encourage you, therefore, to prioritize characters as you bring them over and remind you of the 2-for-one application prize that has been floating around for the last two months.

You should also be aware that our application process and template are different than before. You’ll need to familiarize yourself with this!  Because we now port information to your extended profiles, bonus marks to anyone who uses HTML instead of BBCode when formatting their app—it’s faster for us to transfer, which means we can sort your app faster ;)

Because there are SO MANY characters, we’ve tried to stem the tide by ‘scheduling’ when certain character types can be brought over:

From now until March 14th, we will accept only characters presently active on the Sunwolves board.

From March 14th until March 21st, we will accept those characters, as well as inactive characters with immortal faces.

From March 21st until March 28th, we will accept those characters as well as anyone who has ever been approved on the Sunwolves or Invisionfree boards.

As of March 29th, we will accept all existing or new characters. Huzzah!

To our legacy members who are not currently active on Sunwolves: you may app immortal inactives right away, and then the remainder of your characters beginning March 21st.

To the new members who found us during our time of upheaval: you may app your first character right away, and then any additional characters beginning March 29th.

ON CLAIMS:

All claims, including jobs, faces, history records, etc. are held for you until public opening. You are welcome to choose a new [any of the above] for your character when you move them here, however are limited to claims presently available on the Sunwolves board. The exception is any claim listed here, as they’ve been pre-emptively relinquished! This is to ensure fairness—everyone has the same opportunity to take on ‘empty’ claims as everyone else.

ON PRIZES:

There have been a number of prizes issued that you may find beneficial during the move. Immortality Discount brings, for one character, the cost of immortality down to 50 or 175 posts. 2-for-1 means you can app two characters simultaneously. Against the Odds can be cashed in during app transitions. I’ve also added a section for all the siennas each player is entitled to. Remember that you can only apply it to characters with 75+ posts on old board. To claim sienna, mention it when claiming your PB.

ON ISSUES:

Charming 2.0 is still a work in progress as we finalize some layout and plugin issues. Please let us know if you see any broken links or typos, or cannot log in etc., but do not inform us of coding, plugin, or other back-end issues. When our miracle workers (Ursula Black and Declan Wood) have finished what's currently on their plates, they will make an announcement to that effect and you can hit them up with any still-present issues at that time.

As of now, the following issues are known and are on the to-do list:
— Mentions not sending alerts
— Layout issues in profiles on smaller screen sizes
— Layout issues when reading PMs on smaller screen sizes
— Nothing lives in the scrolly box
— Some UCP icons are wonky
— The mobile skin, generally
— Icon alignment on extended profile
— Anything already reported

Telling us about things we're aware of only makes us take the time to read the thing we're already aware of instead of fixing it ;)

Info on the Buddy, Hag, and Wench teams will be out in the next day or two. Please do not request these icons in advance of that time!
