1. the event is on two days in the calendar, are exhibitions one day and the ball the second day? Or are the exhibitions spread across two days and the ball is on the second day after exhibitions wrap up?
2. IC (not in the threads/for logistics purposes) is it all matron rounds in a row then all misses rounds in a row, or do they alternate?
