The chaos—and loss of life—brought about by the uncovered cache of Pictish artifacts continues to trouble the citizens of Magical Britain, a Ministry of Magic spokeswitch has announced. No fewer than three incidents a week have been reported since the beginning of the year, and while some have turned out to be hoaxes, others have been reliably tracked back to their initial source.

Artifact Incident wards at both St Mungo's and Hogsmeade Hospital have been in demand, though the Irvingly Infirmary reports mercifully few incidents.

The Ministry of Magic counsels individuals to remain vigilant and to avoid interaction with items of unknown origin. Any issues or suspicious behaviour are to be reported at once to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement or your local constabulary for investigation.
