Did You Know?
Braces, or suspenders, were almost universally worn due to the high cut of men's trousers. Belts did not become common until the 1920s. — MJ
Had it really come to this? Passing Charles Macmillan back and forth like an upright booby prize?

Mr. Fisk,

I find myself unsure of whether to apologize for the lateness in the arrival of this letter, or if perhaps this is too forward of me.

I hope you'll forgive me for both.

I'd like to bestow to you my congratulations on your winnings of last week's dueling tournament. Would that I could say I was witness to your victory, however, I'm afraid the exact moment your duel began was the moment I was drawn into the healer's tent to tend to my remaining injuries, but I do hear you left your competitor with a spectacular head of hair.

I hope you are enjoying your winnings as you deserve to.
I remain, ever your fond friend,
Amelia Ismae Evans
