Roisin acts as one of the scouts for the herd, running patrols and messages across the forest.

While she has never interacted with humans before, she is quite undeniably a centaur and classified as a beast and therefore thought of poorly by Victorian society.  (Aka Nichole is basing this off the maximum for a vampire/werewolf/or veela.)

General | A stark contrast of pale skin and dark hair, Roisin sports a height of seven feet and six inches, with a height of 15.3 hands at the withers. The hair on her head is dark, wispy brown that falls in wild curls, only bound if she needs it out of her face but otherwise left hanging in its natural state. The hair that covering the lower half of her body is a dark brown as well, specifically a dark bay, echoing the color of her locks though in the sun the coloration takes on reddish tints. She is small in frame, build for speed over brute strength.

As a centaur, despite her young age, she stands already at her adult height and appears the human equivalent of a young adult in their early 20s. Her right hand is her dominant hand that she uses for shooting and other tasks, however, she never learned to write.

Expressions | She wears her emotions strongly on her face making her as easy to read as if she had written her feelings out in plain English. Her default expression is a neutral one, however, this is rarely on display as she typically is always passionate about one thing or another.

Deportment | When walking, she carries herself well, taught to stand with proper posture. Just as with her face, she carries her expressions strongly throughout her body. Ro carries her tension in her shoulder and hindquarters when stressed, tends to lock her knees and fetlocks, clench her fists, and lash her tail when angry. When experiencing positive emotions Roisin tends to relax, leaning her weight upon trees, walls, etc.

Fashion | She has grown up without the constraints of clothes and sees herself above such human ridiculousness. As such, she would not put on any form of clothes when interacting with humans, at the very least for the first few times.

Accessories | She keeps a strip of leather tied around her wrist to pull her hair back whenever the need arises but otherwise does not wear any accessories, finding the noises they make when she canters or gallops annoying.

Scent | She smells mostly of the forest with notes of wood - more specifically yew, dirt, and wind as well as a faint hint of amber and musk.

Distinguishing Characteristics | Her only distinguishing characteristics are a scar across her left arm from an encounter with a forest troll as well as a knee-high white marking on her right hind leg

1885 | Roisin is born in early fall, the second foal to her young mother. Beyond being a source of food, she has little to do with the rearing of her child, and instead, most of her care is left to her elder brother and the herd. She promptly proves herself to be a quick learner with hands-on tasks and bores quickly of long lectures.

1887 | As a two-year-old, she is prompted to start finding her place in the herd. Having already found herself lacking in the attention span for astronomy and for having a tendency to hands-on tasks, she splits her time between the healers, the hunters, and the scouts. Her future career as a hunter is quickly ruled out when it is discovered she, unsurprisingly, is not that great at the part of hunting that requires stillness and patience. However, surprisingly she does prove to have a knack for healing magic - far more than she had yet shown in regards to divination.

1889 | At four, she is faced with choosing her path after the past two years worth of training and ends up settling on working as a scout. While she has a talent for healing, she far more enjoys the action and speed of being a scout.

1891 | She continues shadowing other scouts but starts to gain anonymity of independence in her work and starts to have a bit more free time. As such she starts to work on practicing her divination abilities.
