On this April Fool's Day, a selection of mischievous Hogsmeade residents have banded together for an all out Prank War! Maybe you're involved, maybe you're an innocent bystander — but for the next two or three days, you might still be caught out unawares by a range of practical jokes.

This could include (but is not limited to)... joke replacement wands and umbrellas, mixing up the sugar and salt, being sent a live cat in a bag or a fake love-letter, jinxed doorways, sticking spells, silly sweets, etc. Everything's game!

Even the Daily Prophet is getting in on the fun. Is it your most foolish character's lucky day? They might think so ;)

Surprise, spring skins have sprung!

Three new spring skins to be exact. Thanks once again to MJ (Elias Grimstone) for organizing the banner collection and backgrounds! The new default skin, Across the Loch, features a lovely banner by MJ in green and blue tones. The next skin, Crescendo, also has green accents but a decisively contrasting atmosphere thanks to Gin's (Gus Lissington) banner wizardry. Last, but certainly not least, is Cloud Cuckoo Land. No green in this one, Stefanie (Barnabas Beck) has outdone herself and brings us bright pastels and whimsy aplenty!

Witch Weekly is returning! We've got a sleek new design and slimmed down issues but still all the rumour and scandal! The fancy new template was a group effort, so massive thanks go to Lynn (Fortitude Greengrass) for her essential brainstorming and drafting efforts; Lady (Faustus Prewett) for her gorgeous mock-ups and artistic flair; and Olive (Ursula Black) for being, as ever, the coding WHIZ who brought it to life, we'd seriously be lost without you.

Then we want you <3 It's a low-pressure commitment, but is a great way to create fun plots for other characters and your own, especially with the Season coming around again.

• Profile has been filled in if not done during acceptance (Did you get a "DIY" PM? You'll need to do this!)
  
• Your character's height is displayed in their mini-profile—if you reactivate an account, this may need doing!
