History:

1869: Ace is born as the first child to Ryder and Guinevere.

1871:The first sister is born, Avril. Not too fazed, Ace doesn’t really mind the baby, but leaves her be.

1872: At last, a brother. Though Ace has grown fond of Avril, having another brother around sounds much better.

1873: King is born. Ace can’t help but feel bad for the name that their father named King something so different.

1875: Jolie is born.

1877: Yet another sister, Sybille, is born.

1878: Ta-da, the youngest and newest addition to the family has already shown signs of magic.

1879: Little Jolie has really started to follow Ace around, and he finds it kind of adorable.

1880: Oh finally, signs of magic. And just in time as well. Hogwarts is a week away.

1881: Father is a werewolf? Avril has a vision, and they decide to keep this news from everyone, not even telling their parents about the vision.

Summer, 1882: Mother and father now know about the vision, and won’t let Ace and Avril tell their siblings. This stinks. And father is actually a werewolf? Even worse.

1882: Avril is in school finally. They are in the same house, that is fun.

Summer, 1883: Finally, mother and father give in to Ace and Avril’s demands. The family has a talk and the werewolf is out of the bag to the older siblings. Except… Sybille is basically in denial, thinking it’s a joke. Oh well, they just let her think that.

1883: Leroy comes to Hogwarts and is placed in Hufflepuff.

1884: King goes to Hogwarts. Ace is worried that King is gonna let that stress of his get to him.

1885: Cousin Edgar is in school, a Gryffindor. OWLs come around for Ace, and he gets grades that he and his fam can be proud of.

1886: It is quite exciting for Jolie to come to Hogwarts, but is shocked and disappointed when his little sister isn’t placed in his house.

1887: Graduating with great NEWTs. He’ll miss Hogwarts, but it’s time to move on. He gets a job in the Department of Magical Education, as this does give him something to do that’s interesting to him and he feels that this is a good place to make a difference in the world (education is a stepping stone for young minds, after all). Summer brings great loss to the family. Leroy and Uncle Charles is dead. Mother than decides to take Avril out of school to be closer. Ace doesn’t ask for the specifics, already flustered and upset about this summer in general.

March 22, 1888: Father is now dead. Mother goes into premature labor. Everything seems to be falling apart.

March 23, 1888: Young Roselle is in the world, but not mother… not anymore.

March 25, 1888: Ace obtains guardianship of his younger siblings. It feels strange, and Ace isn’t too confident about all of this, especially with a newborn to look after. Aunt Jade is constantly hovering, making frequent visits. It’s as if she’s the guardian, even if Ace has been very responsible throughout all of this. The main worry for Ace is that Aunt Jade’s views will go to Roselle’s head.

Personality:

Introvert: A very good listener, Ace tends to be on the more quiet side. He would prefer to take a moment and think deeply over situations, rather than acting at random.

Sensor: He is more focused on what is happening in the now, rather than nitpicking at the future too much.

Thinker: Rational and honest, this may leave some to see him as a cold person, but when one gets to know him, he is a very pleasant and easygoing guy. He tends to not take many things personally, and is quite respectful towards others.

Judger: Closure is very important to him, and leaving things unresolved tends to weigh on his mind for a long time, or it finally gets resolved. Taking responsibility quite seriously, he often feels a need to make certain that both his siblings and himself are kept in check.
