Amidst my worries for your health, I forgot to give you your Christmas present. I had hoped to see your face when you opened it, but I find that I shall have to content myself with asking you to place it under your tree to open tomorrow morning [strike]so it might feel as if I too were there with you[/strike]. I do so hope you shall enjoy it.
