Nicknames: "Just call me Dot! All my closest friends do, and I don't think it's worth having friends who aren't close. Am I a real Doctor? Oh, you must have seen the advertisement — DR are my initials, hence Dr. Twycross. Clever, don't you think?"
Birthdate: 9 April 1871
Current Age: 20 Years
Gender: Female, perceived Female
Occupation: "What do I do? Darling, what don't I do? I solve problems, is what I do. What that actually entails — well, it depends on the problem, doesn't it?" Consultant (for all manner of magical mishaps, maladies, and deeds past, present, and future)
Reputation: 9 "Someone will always have something to say about a woman with more brains and more utility than them, won't they? But nevermind what they think —"
Residence: Bartonburg South
Hogwarts House: "No, no, love; I was educated abroad. It may not seem as prestigious as Hogwarts but it allowed me the freedom to pursue my interests to the fullest. If I had gone to Hogwarts, I likely would have been a Slytherin; father always said so."
Blood Status: Pureblood
Social Class: Middle
Family: "I'm the baby of the family, and if any of my older siblings tell you that's why Mama has pampered me so — well, they're probably just jealous."
Appearance:
General | I'm not exactly the wilting English rose; I get that from my mother's side. And I keep my hair a little shorter than what might be fashionable, but it's not as though anyone can notice when it's all done up, anyway. No matter; I like the way I look, and that's what matters, isn't it?
Expressions & Deportment | I do tend to bounce more than the average woman; you don't have to tell me, I've heard. What's the point of life if you aren't enjoying it, though? Anyway, I won't apologize for being happy.
Fashion | Fashion isn't exactly my top priority, but I do try to stay generally on-trend. Mama's help in this area has been invaluable; dear aunt Leona never had an eye for this sort of thing and hardly instilled one in me, either. Not that I hold it against her; we had so many more important things to think about.
Scent | I use a lot of incense in various consulting projects, so I've found it's best to stay neutral myself. I do have a lovely vanilla-and-honey perfume that I wear sometimes for special occasions.
Face Claim | Lana Condor
History:
1871 | The year of my birth, though of course I don't remember. My childhood was largely unremarkable (the very last part of my life of which one could say such a thing!) |
1881 | In lieu of waiting another year for a Hogwarts letter, my mother made arrangements for my education abroad, under the care of my dear aunt Leona. Despite what my siblings have said about Hogwarts I have always believed my education to be superior, for all that it was sometimes lonely. I was able to pursue my true interests, which at this age mostly involved magical theory. |
1885 | By the time I was old enough to be given allowances and pocket money I had developed an appetite for magical artifacts of all varieties, and I began to acquire them. I've amassed quite a collection now — I dare say most witches and wizards I meet wouldn't know how to use half the things in my inventory. They do come in handy. |
1888 | Upon reaching the legal age of adulthood my parents assumed I would return to England, but I negotiated with Mama to stay another year with aunt Leona for personal reasons (although of course I did return for holidays and family events, lest you think me a negligent daughter!) |
1889 | Father had thought I might be satisfied with a quiet marriage upon returning to England, but father has never really understood me. I had no desire to debut (at least, not in the way that he envisioned) and instead negotiated a little capital to begin a business: my consulting practice. He had his reservations (I believe he thought I might embarrass him), so as a compromise I initially worked primarily with Muggles I found through advertisements in the paper. Consequently I became quite good at Muggle post. |
1891 | It's hard to argue with unbridled success, so father finally agreed to allow me to expand my business to Hogsmeade clientele. Not that I needed father's permission, exactly, but it is good to keep on the right side of those who own the house you live in. |
1892 | Mama has decided that on my twenty-first birthday this year I really must have a debut, so I suppose I shall. It ought to be a lark, at least. |

Beautiful set by Kit!
