~— A B O U T — Idris recently graduated from Hogwarts ('90, Gryffindor) and made her debut into society as well. Her true focus is not upon finding a husband, though, but on championing her pet causes: support for squibs and votes for women. Her older sister is a squib, which was rumored was caused by her mother when she ran off with another woman in 1879. FRIENDS: Fellow Hogwarts students who were in school the same time as her are great potential friends. Progressive men or women would definitely catch her interest as friends as well. She's a debutante, quite reluctantly, and would be friendly(ish) with those in the same boat as her. ENEMIES: Outside of the normal, people who don't like her, there is this ad (that belongs to Kayte): You have money. You have something against IDRIS OAKBY for whatever reason. You—or someone close to you—overhear Greg bemoaning his financial situation to his best friend and plan your approach. He is handsome, single, and in need, and you have a woman to occupy/embarrass/emotionally destroy (depending on the depth and cause of your dislike). This is certainly a match made somewhere. HURLS: Well, she's not interested in getting married, but it doesn't mean she can't accidentally meet someone.

If she's friends with Clem, she probs also knows Tess Whitby who prints feminist pamphlets and could be Of Use to her causes!

Also Jude Wright as a potential acquaintance on the aggressively lefty progressive side. Porphyria Dempsey also supports her making waves in society, she would cheer her on.

I think Callista Adebayo (slightly older, UC, Hufflepuff) would like her and be friendly in spite of the progressive thing. I don't know if she disagrees with everything, but her fam leans purist and she doesn't like the idea of controversy much. Jemima Greengrass (slightly younger, MC, Hufflepuff) would have a similar outlook. Estelle would be disdainful <3

If you can find occasion for her to say something disparaging about Arthur Pettigrew that is good enough reason for Emrys to set about privately destroying her forever. >> Also open to other ideas but uh that seems the fastest route xD
