Invitations were owled only to candidates Madoc thinks have a chance of being elected; he's not out to waste time.

Mr. —,
[Pleasantries etc.] It is my hope that you have recovered from the rather abrupt ending to the last Ministerial debate—I thought you spoke well, though all candidates could not help but find themselves rather overshadowed by the news. Likewise, I hope that your own family was not impacted by the tragedy directly—if indeed it was, you have my deepest condolonces.
As you may be aware, I am responsible (finacially, at any rate, though I do involve myself a great deal in the management of the place) for the Avalon Glen Dragon Reservation, home to a number of Welsh Greens. With dragons, quite naturally, being featured heavily in the news of late, and with your potential election as Minister of Magic, I feel it both my duty and my pleasure to invite you out to the Glen to see what it is we do here and to show, I hope, the benefits of responsible dragon management in a time where many would consider them the Grand Enemy of the moment.
I have attached a list of dates that may suit, though given that less than a month remains before the election, I understand indeed that you may find yourself busy. Perhaps, though, a jaunt in the mountains, a chance to engage our local villagers, and sustinance from a true diamond of a chef may be just the ticket.
Regards,
Madoc Yarwood
