Attention all Members of the RCMC,

As you may be aware an expedition is being launched to ascertain the nature of the creature that is currently prowling the black lake. Mister Ewart Frasier of the experimental charms committee has assisted in furnishing a vessel capable of undertaking a prolonged underwater examination of the lake.

It would be useful for several Members of the RCMC to participate in this mission to ascertain the nature and origin of the creature and advise other members of the team on the effective capture of any creature discovered to still be present in the lake.

However, given the dangerous nature of the mission, it has been determined that the fist call shall be for volunteers or those with a particular interest in the case to offer. Any volunteer should note that this is a high profile and notable case. If there is not sufficient interest, department heads will make nominations*
