I have Benevolence Montague - MC, Pureblood, into herbology and plant breeding.  She's as sweet as a button- Former Ravenclaw and beginning to dabble in animal breeding as part of her Nano plot -Owns her family business, which operates a location in Hogsmeade and London. She's bookish and a bit quirky, bit of a hippy who thinks everything alive deserves respect and care.
She makes plant deliveries to the ministry, so paths may have crossed before, and since she is looking into breeding, she might seek out some guidance from the ministry on what she can/can't do.

I took the L'estrange interest in the family as meaning the sons were pureblood, but if they aren't then I guess Madeleine Backus who has an MC inheritance and isn't afraid of hard work - and she is only just graduated from Hogwarts - and is still finding her 'career' so could very well end up as a breeder. She's also quite tall and would give rise to those gangly Scamander genetics and was a Hufflepuff. Meet and Greet between them, could possibly happen at an event where Maddie is awkward turtling- or his niffler gets hold of her mothers necklace which is a bit sentimental at the moment.
