Not sure that this would spread as far as Hogwarts, but if staff says its okay, then I figure most like students might be safe and sound if they are in their dormitories they way they should be (closed doors, windows, etc). But students out past curfew or staff could be impacted. That at least gives people an option to get involved OR nope themselves off to safety.

This can have big IC consequences though? So IMO staff might wanna weigh in on if this is mainly just around London area or whatever.
