Sweetie is replying to an invitation from Mrs. Darling's tea that doubles as an informal campaign event for candidates to reach out and speak their minds.

09/14/1893: No Nonsense, Time to Go

When the debate is abruptly interrupted by a dragon attack, Sweetie remains calm and — upon the orders of Minister Ross — seeks the aid of the Dragon Restraint Bureau. Displaying calm and orderly conduct under pressure, along with organizational skills and a respectful command of authority.
