Nico might have trouble with the purist thing depending on how Dorian goes about it - there was a whole purity deception scandal in the family but this also means it's nothing new to him. He's pretty forgiving so it might not be too much of an issue if his being a halfblood isn't too problematic for Dorian.

Meanwhile Hesper is destined to marry into the Black family so she has to tolerate it at the very least. For now I'd call her a very soft purist if not neutral. She's probably not going out of her way to befriend boys but she's reaching the age where she might start crushing on them so there's always that possibility?
