Four society ladies remain missing after an errant portkey did not deposit them in India as planned, this reporter has learned.

The group of women that includes Mrs. Hannah Pettigrew, wife of quidditch mogul Thomas Pettigrew, departed from the Pendergast School for Young Roses, Irvingly, early on the morning of the 19th. They were just a few of some four dozen women participating in the Annual Rose Tea, a school tradition, this year to be carried out abroad. It was dinner time before the group was reported missing to local authorities, though their disappearance was not reported to our own Ministry of Magic until the expedition's return to British soil on Thursday morning.

Neither the families of the women nor Mrs. Evelyn Abercrombie, hostess and patroness of the school, were available for comment prior to publishing.
